Most times I have to wait approximately 30 minutes before getting through to the queue to be triagged, then you can only mention one ailment, other symptoms could be relevant.

Long delay between sending the photo of my condition and getting the appointment. But the early Sunday time was very convenient, I was seen straight away, and both receptionist and doctor were extremely friendly.
